ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
Please note that there are instances where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Loxven.store reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at its discretion. You may be required to provide additional verification, such as phone number or address, before your order is accepted.
To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to verify your payment details and personal information before processing your order. This may include validating your identity, address, or banking information. If no response is received to such requests within 2 days, your order may be automatically canceled. Additionally, we have the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

ARBITRATION
Any disputes or disagreements arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration. A single arbitrator will be appointed according to the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitrator will be an independent individual with experience in the IT field. The venue for arbitration will be Karachi, and the proceedings will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction as per the Arbitration Act of 1940. However, Loxven.store reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information through competent courts.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By using the Site, you agree that any disputes will be exclusively settled in the courts of Lahore, including any consumer courts.
TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal remedies, Loxven.store reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions and revoke your rights to access and use the Site without notice if any violation occurs. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Site, and we may revoke any account access. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination. Loxven.store will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or these Terms, your exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site.
